2) Shipping Rates

4) Address Accuracy & Delivery Instructions
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please include apartment/unit numbers, correct postal codes, and any needed access details.
5) Delivery Events (Delivered, Lost, or Damaged)
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, check safe drop locations, building reception areas, and confirm the shipping address used at checkout.
- Delivered but not received: check nearby areas, then contact support.
- Damaged on arrival: take photos of the box and item and contact support promptly.
- Lost in transit: if tracking has not updated for an extended time, we will help you investigate.
6) International Shipping, Customs & Duties
