Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed on MASYMCHI. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier network conditions, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

1) Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within a short business window after purchase. Processing includes order verification, payment confirmation, item preparation, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.

Business Days

Processing and carrier pickups generally occur on business days (excluding major holidays).

Peak Seasons

During high-volume periods, processing may take longer due to fulfillment and carrier demand.

2) Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size/weight, and the selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes or fees are shown during checkout where required.

Note: If your order includes multiple items, shipments may be consolidated where possible. In some cases, items may ship separately.

3) Tracking & Notifications

When your order is dispatched, you may receive a confirmation with tracking information (when provided by the carrier). Tracking updates depend on carrier scan events and may not update in real time.

  • Tracking can take time to activate after label creation and pickup.
  • Scan gaps can occur while a package is moving between facilities.
  • If tracking appears stalled for an extended period, contact support with your order number.

4) Address Accuracy & Delivery Instructions

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please include apartment/unit numbers, correct postal codes, and any needed access details.

Important: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment fees may apply. In some cases, redelivery may not be possible.

5) Delivery Events (Delivered, Lost, or Damaged)

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, check safe drop locations, building reception areas, and confirm the shipping address used at checkout.

  • Delivered but not received: check nearby areas, then contact support.
  • Damaged on arrival: take photos of the box and item and contact support promptly.
  • Lost in transit: if tracking has not updated for an extended time, we will help you investigate.

6) International Shipping, Customs & Duties

For international shipments (where available), customs processing times vary. Import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country are generally the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs: Authorities may request additional information or documentation. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

7) Returns & Refused Packages

Returns are handled according to our Refund Policy. If a package is refused or returned to sender, we may issue a refund for eligible items after the package is received and inspected, minus any applicable shipping/handling costs (where permitted).

8) Updates to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect changes in carriers, logistics, or operations. Continued use of the site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
